Waney Edge Cladding
Waney Edge cladding is extremely popular to give a natural and original look. This is milled with one straight edge and one “Waney” or “live” edge of the profile of the tree and is available in all species.
We mill in 12mm, 18mm and 25mm thick boards and it can be used in many applications, we can supply in green oak, larch, douglas fir or western red cedar and more. if you do not want rough sawn boards, we can also offer planed Waney Edge boards……. please call for prices.

Straight Edge Cladding
Straight Edge cladding or “hit and miss cladding” is ideal for projects that want a cleaner look rather than a rustic look. It can be milled from any specie of tree to any thickness or width you require. For a more contemporary cleaner look we offer planed boards as well as sawn.

Feather Edge cladding is available in all species and we typically mill 100mm, 150mm and 200mm wide boards. custom profiles and board sizes can be milled, We can supply feather edge in green oak, larch, douglas fir or western red cedar. please contact us with your requirements.

Tongue and Groove Cladding (T&G)
Tongue and Groove cladding, or T&G for short, is a traditional style of cladding and is very popular due to its easy installation and clean finish. This strong and durable cladding allows good water run off and is comparatively maintenance free when milled from one of our naturally durable timbers. If it is left it will go a natural silver/grey colour - it can be used vertically or horizontally and can come in a planned or sawn finish depending on your request.
Boards are available in 150mm or 200mm, both are 18mm thick

Shiplap Cladding
With all the advantages of tongue and groove cladding, the shiplap has an additional curve/groove running along the face of the board which allows water to run off easier.
A cladding classic - this can be used for internal or exterior use.
150mm wide boards x 18mm thick
The flat face is 100mm with a 30mm curve/groove showing
This can be milled from our range of naturally durable timbers and will silver off if left.

The same as our feather edge but we put a rebate on the bottom of the boards to allow the boards to join together on the overlap.

Manufactured from Western Red Cedar the shingles provide an environmentally friendly lightweight durable alternative to vertical cladding or roofs.
We mill our shingles thicker than the standard shingles available from other manufactures
